Solutions SK praised for their sensitive approach to the dismantling of tributes

After the devastating Manchester attacks which took place in May, many people across the borough of Stockport gathered to pay tribute to the victims. Flowers, balloons and other items were left in Parks and Public places across the borough and after four weeks the hard decision was made to dismantle the tributes.

Stockport based Facility Management company, Solutions SK, were thanked by the Council for the special care and attention their teams showed when taking on the sensitive work of dismantling the tributes.

Jane Bardsley, Asset Management Officer at Stockport Council, commented on Solutions SK’s sensitive approach,

Solutions SK collated and delivered the tributes to the Town Hall and appropriate items of memorialisation will be displayed alongside the book of condolence in the foyer area.
