Fleet Investment Programme: New Mobile Elevation Working Platform (MEWP) Vehicle.

Totally Local Company is pleased to announce the latest addition to our Fleet Investment Programme — a new Mobile Elevation Working Platform (MEWP) Vehicle that further strengthens our Arborist Services and enhances our ability to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality tree care.

The new vehicle is a 3.5-tonne Iveco model with an articulated boom, designed to support the full range of Arborist Driver operations. Its smaller footprint allows improved access to constrained or sensitive locations, enabling our teams to reach more sites while minimising disruption to residents, traffic, and other road users.

A key benefit of this investment is the vehicle’s increased working height, which enables our arborist teams to reach up to 2 metres higher than our existing machines. This significantly improves our capability when conducting canopy management, crown reductions, and complex tree maintenance, allowing work to be completed more safely, efficiently, and with reduced manual climbing.
