This National Vocational Qualification is a work-based qualification, which enables learners to develop knowledge, understanding and skills essential for working in a catering environment. Our colleagues were assessed in producing a variety of cooking styles, working with others, and on improving their own performance.
Each team member had to demonstrate the production of different dishes such as; Lasagne, and Chicken Curry, as well as producing sauces and desserts such as cookies, muffins and biscuits.
