Celebrating Success: Lauren Price, HR Business Partner, Graduates with CIPD Level 7 Qualification

We’re thrilled to celebrate a fantastic achievement by Lauren Price, HR Business Partner at Totally Local Company, who has successfully graduated with her CIPD Level 7 qualification – the highest-level accreditation offered by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

CIPD is the globally recognised professional body for HR and Learning & Development. Achieving a Level 7 qualification is equivalent to a postgraduate or master’s degree and demonstrates advanced strategic HR capability, ethical practice, and a deep commitment to personal and professional growth.

Lauren’s journey with TLC began back in June 2014 when she joined as an apprentice. After just six months, she discovered a passion for people and decided to pursue a career in Human Resources. Since then, Lauren has progressed through her studies, successfully achieving CIPD Levels 3, 5, and now 7 – all while working full-time.
Throughout her time at TLC, Lauren has worked with colleagues across the business and remains a highly valued member of the HR team.

“I’m incredibly proud to congratulate Lauren, our very first HR Apprentice at TLC, on the amazing progress she’s made. From the day she joined in June 2014, Lauren has shown an incredible work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a real passion for HR. She’s approached every challenge with determination and a positive attitude, and it’s been a joy to watch and support her grow both personally and professionally.

Lauren, your hard work, resilience, and dedication have truly paid off. You’ve not only stepped into the world of HR with confidence, but you’ve also set the bar high for future apprentices. Thank you for your commitment and for being such an important part of the team – we’re all so proud of you!
